**Job Summary:**

The RMA Associate provides administrative support for the customer returns processing function, ensuring seamless returns processing and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Verify product returns against return merchandise authorization (RMA)
  • Process returned products through the company system, including creating sale orders and transferring products to the service department
  • Enter service orders for the Service department
  • Inspect, repack, and restock unused product
  • Work with biohazard products
  • Compile data and generate reports as needed
  • Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RMA Associate
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs
  • Experience with ERP systems for receiving RMAs
  • Ability to read and understand general correspondence, periodicals, and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High School diploma or GED required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of GMP requirements and ISO-9000
  • Some prior use of a forklift
