Customer Returns Specialist

About the Role:
The Customer Returns Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support for the customer returns processing function, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify product returns against return merchandise authorization (RMA) documents
- Process returned products through the company system, including creating sale orders and transferring products to the service department
- Enter service orders for the service department
- Inspect, repack, and restock unused products
- Work with biohazard products
- Compile data and generate reports as required
- Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills and experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs
- Experience with ERP systems for receiving RMAs
- Ability to read and understand general correspondence, periodicals, and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and ISO-9000 standards
- Experience with forklift operation
