Job Profile

We are looking for IT Service Technicians (m/w/d) for our client, a leading provider of IT services, to work on various projects in Berlin and nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving, processing, and prioritizing orders and disturbances via phone, ticket tool, database, email, etc.
  • Installation and removal of servers in racks, including structured cabling (power and network)
  • Participation in rollouts, installation, and removal of network components according to instructions
  • Repair of desktop computers and laptops
  • Ticket processing in the Springer environment
  • Performing system entries and, if necessary, obtaining certifications
Requirements
  • Completed technical or IT training or at least one to two years of experience in the IT field in the last three years
  • Good knowledge of Windows Client and hardware
  • Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking and, if possible, expandable English language skills
  • Independent and engaged work and the ability to correctly capture and implement instructions
  • Valid driver's license class B or 3
