Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our team at ganss personal GmbH. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and commissioning of IT systems, components, and devices
  • Identification and resolution of 2nd level faults in operational products and solutions
  • Feedback and evaluation of customer requirements with other service departments
  • Conducting training and workshops for customers
  • Documentation in the ticket system
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration) or Mechatroniker/Elektrotechniker with at least 2 years of experience in the technical field service or equivalent experience in a similar field
  • Sound knowledge of client-server environments and operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, PC, and network technology
  • Experience in IT support and service desk
  • Rollout experience is desirable
  • Structured working style and high reliability
  • Excellent German language skills, high travel activity (100%), and willingness to carry heavy loads (up to 15 kg)
