Global Mobility Specialist (m/w/d)

Unser engagiertes internationales Team, bestehend aus rund 600 Fachkräften, wächst kontinuierlich.


Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen die zentrale Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von internationalen Entsendungen, wobei Sie alle relevanten sozialversicherungs-, arbeits- und steuerrechtlichen Aspekte berücksichtigen.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumente und die Durchführung aller notwendigen Registrierungen für die Auslandseinsätze.
  • Sie arbeiten an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Global Mobility-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern sowie verschiedenen Schnittstellen.
  • Sie bereiten die Gehaltsdaten für die nationale und internationale Lohnabrechnung auf und stellen sicher, dass die Gehälter gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben korrekt versteuert werden.
  • Sie halten sich über die aktuellen Reisevoraussetzungen in verschiedenen Ländern auf dem Laufenden und erweitern kontinuierlich Ihr Wissen in diesem Bereich.
  • Sie bereiten die erforderlichen Daten für die Intercompany-Verrechnung vor.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich der internationalen Entsendungen.
  • Sie sind versiert im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Lohnabrechnung sowie im Steuerrecht mit.
  • Sie sind mit den Anforderungen des EU-Meldegesetzes vertraut und haben Erfahrung in der Beantragung von Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen.
  • Sie legen großen Wert auf Präzision und Sorgfalt und haben eine Affinität für die Organisation von Reisen sowie die Prüfung von Vorschriften und Meldeverfahren.
  • Sie kommunizieren zielgerichtet und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
