**Global Mobility Management**

In our Global Mobility Management department, we oversee the international employee assignments of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. Our teams in Germany, China, and the USA work together to facilitate seamless international assignments for our employees and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement communication platforms on our internal social intranet for various Global Mobility Management target groups.
  • Manage existing Global Mobility knowledge platforms, including questions and updates.
  • Plan and coordinate divisional communication to international assignees, HR, and specialist departments.
  • Develop various communication elements, such as presentations, emails, videos, and podcasts.
  • Evaluate surveys on strategically relevant aspects of our Global Mobility Policy and service processes.
  • Implement data protection measures in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation.

**Requirements**

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR management, communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative ideas for communication tasks.
  • Ability to work on innovative topics in an international and diverse environment.
  • Business fluent German and English language skills.
  • Enrolled in a degree program for the entire period of employment.
