Uncover your pivotal role

In the capacity of a global mobility expert within the Human Resources division, you will serve as the primary liaison for employees embarking on international assignments, addressing all aspects of their relocation. Your mission is to ensure that assignees flourish throughout their global transitions—before, during, and after their relocation.

Delve into your responsibilities

  • Oversee intricate regional relocations and local recruitment efforts
  • Act as the initial point of contact for HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Project leaders regarding all cross-border inquiries, ensuring assignments are executed in a tax-efficient manner
  • Provide the organization with comprehensive assignment cost forecasts
  • Cultivate regional partnerships with global tax service providers
  • Advise the organization on updates to tax and immigration regulations
  • Manage compliance related to assignments and business travel
  • Ensure the application of all available tax reliefs is properly executed
  • Collaborate with HR to oversee the assignee lifecycle
  • Work alongside internal and external Payroll teams to manage and authorize all shadow payroll processes
  • Support HR with all necessary host country registrations and de-registrations, including tax registrations as required
  • Supervise the collection and evaluation of data pertinent to global mobility initiatives, encompassing budget oversight, cost forecasts, and metrics on relocation effectiveness
