At Exyte, we're passionate about innovation and engineering excellence. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees thrive in their international assignments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex regional relocations and local hires, ensuring seamless transitions for our employees.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Project leaders to manage cross-border queries and ensure tax-efficient assignments.
  • Provide detailed assignment cost projections to inform business decisions.
  • Manage regional relationships with global tax providers and advise on changes to tax and immigration legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with assignment and business travel regulations, and optimize tax reliefs for our employees.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage the assignee lifecycle, from initial relocation planning to post-move support.
  • Work closely with internal and external Payroll teams to manage and approve shadow payroll.
  • Oversee host country registrations and de-registrations, including tax registrations as required.
  • Analyze data related to global mobility initiatives, including budget tracking, cost projections, and metrics on relocation success.

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in a Global Mobility role, with demonstrable progression.
  • Commercial acumen and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
