Internship Opportunity in Strategic HR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Labor Policy and Works Council Relations team as an intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR issues, labor policy, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of work organization in the production world of Mercedes-Benz
  • Participate in various negotiations and projects
  • Active participation in labor policy committees and bodies
  • Support in the area of working and operating hours, i.e. assistance in drafting existing regulations
  • Independent preparation of presentations, concepts, and statistics
  • Independently supporting the team with organizational and conceptual issues in day-to-day work
Requirements:
  • Studies in the field of economics, psychology, human resources management, humanities, law, or similar fields of study
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in economic and entrepreneurial contexts
  • Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
  • Team player with a high level of comprehension, very good communication skills, and a confident manner
