Payroll Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll Specialist, der sich auf die Durchführung von monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen spezialisiert hat. Der perfekte Kandidat sollte eine Abgeschlossene/s kaufm. Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaft bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik besitzen.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Termingerechte Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Ansprechpartner für alle relevanten Fragen der Mitarbeitenden, Krankenkassen, Behörden und des Steuerberaters
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner HR-Prozessen
- Administration der Personalmanagementsoftware (perbit Software)
- Erstellung von Abfragen und Listen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Kenntnisse des Sozialversicherungs-, Steuer- und Arbeitsrechts
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse: MS-Office (insb. Excel), perbit Software (vorteilhaft)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
