Parts Sales Executive

Job Description

In this role, your responsibilities will include providing expert advice to clients and internal departments regarding replacement and wear parts, calculating sales prices, and preparing quotations. Additionally, you will manage customer orders and procure non-stock items, including the approval of supplier invoices. The role also encompasses invoicing, ongoing market monitoring and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant HSE requirements. Specifically, your tasks will involve:

  • Advising clients and internal teams on replacement and wear parts
  • Calculating sales prices and preparing quotations
  • Managing customer orders, including invoicing
  • Procuring non-stock replacement and wear parts and approving supplier invoices
  • Conducting continuous market monitoring and analysis, while adhering to relevant HSE standards
Qualifications
  • Technical background in plant or mechanical engineering with commercial training; professional experience, ideally in customer service support
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable; high standards for quality and delivery reliability
  • Strong product knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Competence in methodologies, negotiation skills, and effective communication abilities
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office; excellent command of German and English, with additional languages such as French or Italian being advantageous
