We are currently seeking a

Global Brand & Communication Planning Manager (f/m/d)

whose primary objective is to enhance the organization’s understanding of our target consumers, their behaviors, and motivations, to effectively engage and retain them in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Brand Positioning, Brand system development, and Purpose evolution to enhance consumer and cultural relevance.
  • Assist in the creation of a Creative & Messaging hierarchy for the Brand Trademark, including brief development and creative testing.
  • Establish and test a new global communication research standard approach for future campaign development.
  • Continuously refine Target Consumer Understanding to improve the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and more.
  • Support the standardization of KPIs for Brand Equity Tracking and Growth Driver evaluations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to assist Global Brand Marketing and the marketing & sales organization in capitalizing on opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Completed education in Marketing or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in Brand Marketing & Research within a client-side team, ideally in lifestyle products or the entertainment sector.
  • Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with the ability to analyze diverse content and data inputs.
  • Skilled in translating research findings into narrative-driven analyses that effectively communicate implications.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
