Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Brand Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Manage and coordinate projects from project brief to market-ready product, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure product conformity and quality management to guarantee global product conformity
- Develop and implement processes to optimize product development, production, and distribution
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Completed studies in Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related further education
- Many years' experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably for electrical/technical goods or FMCG
- Strong skills in stakeholder and process management as well as process optimization
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Experiences in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- MS Office skills, as well as SAP and Workfront as an advantage
