**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Product Manager to join our team at Mast-Jägermeister. As a key member of our Global Brand Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies for the continuous technical and design development of tap machines, ensuring they meet market-specific requirements.
- Manage projects from project brief to market-ready product, overseeing the entire product development process.
- Analyze and optimize tap machine-related processes, including digitalization and complaint management.
- Ensure product conformity with our quality management team to guarantee global product conformity of our tap machines in all markets.
- Develop potential simplifications of the certification process for markets.
- Provide proactive market and regional management support for technical issues, educational material, and product compliance.
- Create education and training content and integrate it into existing digital platforms.
- Develop possible setups for after-sales processes to increase customer satisfaction, product life cycles, and reduce costs for our tap machines.
**Requirements**
- Completed studies in Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related further education.
- Many years of experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably for electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
- Strong skills in stakeholder and process management, as well as process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
- Experience in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- MS Office skills, as well as SAP and Workfront as an advantage.
