Operations Process Consultant for Healthcare Solutions

Role: Business Process Consultant for Operations Projects and Processes (m/f/d)

Location: Heidenheim an der Brenz

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects aimed at defining business requirements in collaboration with various departments and operational units.
  • Actively engage in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Facilitate the development and enhancement of cutting-edge processes, clear protocols, and guidelines, ensuring their integration within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems, particularly in Operations Warehousing, to optimize organizational efficiency.
  • Articulate improvement proposals based on insights from process owners and operational teams.
  • Participate in workshops to explore potential ideas and opportunities for advancement.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives, including documentation, training, and implementation.
  • Engage in expert discussions and forums to incorporate external innovations into the PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
  • Monitor the market for external providers to identify innovations and facilitate their internal integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably possess initial professional experience focused on manufacturing processes in areas such as Production Planning, Production Execution, Production Warehousing, or Plant Maintenance.
  • Practical experience in project management and effective change management.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP; familiarity with related tools (e.g., EWM, APO) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and modeling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
