About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our wind energy projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and management of wind energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise and direct a team of construction professionals, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license, with a preference for a commercial driver's license.
