Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Bielefeld. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the independent management of large construction projects in landscaping and civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Plan and allocate resources, including machinery and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure quality assurance and safety management on site, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification in landscaping, water management, or civil engineering.
  • Several years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of machinery and work processes, with the ability to analyze and optimize project workflows.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications, with the ability to interpret and implement project plans.
  • Experience in cost estimation and claim management, with a focus on budgeting and financial planning.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Driver's license Class B, with a valid license to operate heavy machinery.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
