Site Manager for Renewable Energy Projects

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the construction processes of wind energy facilities.
  • Coordinate all on-site construction operations, ensuring that timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders, including subcontractors, landowners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant building permits, environmental laws, and health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluate and strategize the development of project locations while considering local environmental factors.
  • Conduct supervision of construction for wind turbine installations, focusing on quality control.
  • Review and validate construction work, ensuring prompt correction of any identified issues.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive hands-on experience in project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, class B.
