Telefónica - B2B Sales Coaching Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Coaching Specialist at Telefónica. Our mission is to enhance the capabilities of our Account Managers through customized coaching and training sessions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering focused sales coaching to enhance the skills of designated Account Managers
  • Tracking and documenting progress, with regular evaluations of coaching initiatives
  • Facilitating coaching sessions that incorporate practical experiences and theoretical insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify future training requirements
  • Creating innovative strategies to improve operational processes
  • Leading and managing projects as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Certified Business Coach
  • Experience in sales, particularly within the IT/Telecommunications sector
  • Willingness to travel nationwide with a regional focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in German and possess good English language skills
