Telefónica - B2B Sales Coaching Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Coaching Specialist at Telefónica. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering focused sales coaching to enhance the skills of designated Account Managers
- Tracking and documenting progress, with regular evaluations of coaching initiatives
- Facilitating coaching sessions that incorporate practical experiences and theoretical insights
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify future training requirements
- Creating innovative strategies to improve operational processes
- Leading and managing projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Certified Business Coach
- Experience in sales, particularly within the IT/Telecommunications sector
- Willingness to travel nationwide with a regional focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in German and possess good English language skills
