As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the continuous improvement of our Account Managers' skills through tailored coaching sessions and targeted training programs. Your expertise in business development, sales strategies, and personal growth will be instrumental in empowering our team to achieve exceptional results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized sales coaching to enhance the performance of assigned Account Managers.
  • Monitor and document progress meticulously, conducting regular reviews of coaching initiatives and their impact.
  • Deliver engaging coaching sessions that blend practical exercises with theoretical knowledge, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to identify future training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Spearhead the development of innovative approaches to optimize operational processes within the sales team.
  • Lead and manage projects as assigned, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Business Coach designation, demonstrating your expertise in coaching methodologies.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the IT/Telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to travel nationwide with a regional focus to meet with Account Managers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Fluent German language skills and strong English communication abilities.
