Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized sales coaching to enhance the performance of assigned Account Managers.
- Monitor and document progress meticulously, conducting regular reviews of coaching initiatives and their impact.
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions that blend practical exercises with theoretical knowledge, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to identify future training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Spearhead the development of innovative approaches to optimize operational processes within the sales team.
- Lead and manage projects as assigned, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.
- Certified Business Coach designation, demonstrating your expertise in coaching methodologies.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the IT/Telecommunications industry.
- Ability to travel nationwide with a regional focus to meet with Account Managers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Fluent German language skills and strong English communication abilities.
