About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coach to join our team at Telefónica. As a Business Development Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder technischem Hintergrund oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Zertifizierte (Weiter-) Ausbildung zum Business Coach
  • Theoretisches und praktisches Wissen in der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern auf individueller Ebene
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Geschäftskundensegment, mit signifikanten Erfolgen in der Gewinnung von Projekten mit komplexen Anforderungen & Buying Centern
  • Fundierte vertriebliche Erfahrungen in der IT/Telekommunikations-Branche mit beratungsintensivem Hintergrund von Vorteil
  • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft mit perspektivisch regionalem Schwerpunkt
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Produkten (speziell PowerPoint und Excel)
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
