Your Responsibilities
If you thrive in a vibrant, inclusive, and diverse environment, and are eager to expand your knowledge in communications and change management within the Finance sector, our Business Area Controlling (BAC) team is the ideal setting for your development.
As a vital member of the BAC core team, your tasks will include:
- Contributing to the agile transformation of a significant GFA function.
- Assisting the BAC Leadership Team in managing controlling initiatives and change management efforts.
- Creating engaging and straightforward communications that resonate with the team, even on intricate subjects.
- Coordinating employee-centric events such as All-Employee Meetings, communication initiatives, and various social gatherings for over 390 team members.
- Sharing responsibility for the quarterly BAC Newsletter and ensuring our BAC SharePoint page remains informative and user-friendly.
Your Profile
You will be an excellent match for our team if you can affirmatively respond to most of the following:
- You possess a keen interest in change management and communication, particularly in Finance and Controlling.
- You demonstrate self-management, reliability, and professionalism in your work approach.
- You are a collaborative individual who enjoys engaging with diverse teams and values constructive feedback.
- You exhibit strong strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking abilities.
- You have some experience in a Finance/Controlling setting or in change management or communications, possibly through your academic pursuits.
- You have basic design skills and familiarity with design software.
- You are in the latter stages of your academic program.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

We collaborate closely with all Controlling divisions to deliver top-tier support by focusing on the most critical information. The Business Area Controlling (BAC) is committed to continuous improvement while providing an enriching environment for over 390 individuals to explore, learn, and grow.
