Risk Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management Intern to join our team at Scalable GmbH. As a Risk Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our operational risk and incident management processes, including risk and incident reporting, quality review, and control testing.
Key Responsibilities- Support operational risk and incident management, including risk and incident reporting, quality review, and control testing.
- Assist in identifying control gaps and supporting the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions.
- Support the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process and perform punctual process reviews.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of new management and reporting tools in the context of Financial Risk Management.
- Support the preparation of the ICAAP and ILAAP, as well as stress testing concepts and conducting stress testing activities.
- You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- You are available for a minimum of 3 months.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience with VBA and macros.
- You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues.
- You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
- You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English, and German language is advantageous.
