Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will support our operational risk and incident management processes, including:
- Ensuring risk and incident reporting, quality review, and challenging of existing and new processes
- Supporting control testing, including identifying control gaps and assisting the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
- Supporting the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process, performing punctual process reviews
- Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of new management and reporting tools in the context of Financial Risk Management
- Supporting the preparation of the ICAAP and ILAAP, as well as stress testing concepts and conducting stress testing activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Availability for at least 3 months
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (experienced level VBA, macros)
- A strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
- The ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
- Concise verbal and written communication skills in English, German language is advantageous
