The role of Customer Relationship Specialist is essential within our branch network, as you will engage in valuable discussions with clients on a daily basis, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for each individual you assist.

You will support our clients with their transactional and savings banking requirements, directing them to specialized teams when necessary, and proactively reaching out to existing clients via phone or email.
