Wir suchen einen IT-Service-Manager mit SAP-Beratungskompetenz (w/m/d) für unsere Standorte in Hamburg, Altenholz/Kiel, Bremen, Halle (Saale), Magdeburg, Potsdam oder Rostock.
Aufgabenbereich
In dieser Rolle sind Sie der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und bringen Ihre Expertise in der Beratung sowie im 2nd und 3rd Level Support ein. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Lösungen.
- Erstellung von Konzepten zur Realisierung von Projekten.
- Durchführung von Customizing, Dokumentation und Entwicklungsvorhaben.
- Planung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops.
Ihr Profil
Sie bringen mit:
- Ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in einem der relevanten SAP-Module.
- Praktische Kenntnisse in der Kundenberatung und im Anforderungsmanagement.
- Gute Kenntnisse in logistischen SAP-Prozessen und Projektmanagement.
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in weitere SAP-Module.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen.
