About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Office of the CTO in the Board Area Technology & Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, setting up project teams, and participating in projects that drive innovation and growth within SAP.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and activities for the CTO Office team
- Support the setup and management of project teams, working closely with other offices and business units
- Manage internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and provide feedback
- Support alignment on strategic topics with other business units, offices, and beyond
- Coordinate internal requests and support efficient expert involvement
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
- Studying in fields such as Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Tools
- Background in IT is beneficial
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc. is a plus
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
- Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
