Data Strategist

Location: Berlin

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generation of routine Data Analytics (DA) reports for the Operations divisions
  • Execution of on-demand assessments for leadership and other senior executives in the Operations
  • Creation of innovative approaches for internal and external data management for analytical purposes
  • Continuous evaluation of operational workflows, recognizing and mitigating operational challenges
  • Articulating concepts, perspectives, and tactics for enhancing and optimizing operational efficiency to upper management
  • Serving as a bridge between business Operations and IT departments
  • Daily interactions in English and German
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, IT or a related discipline with a strong foundation in statistics
  • Prior experience in real estate or finance is beneficial
  • Previous role as a data strategist with robust analytical and troubleshooting capabilities is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities along with a strong commitment to teamwork
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse is a plus
