Our ERP software, known as 'Miles', is tailored for the automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management sectors. It serves as a comprehensive solution that integrates front-, mid-, and back-office operations, allowing for extensive customization to meet our clients' specific requirements. Our clientele consists of leasing and finance firms, as well as mobility management organizations within the automotive industry.
The project implementation spans a timeline of 6 months to 3 years, with budgets ranging from approximately Eur 800K to Eur 4M, supported by a diverse project team comprising 4 to 12 members.
In this role, you will:
Oversee one or multiple implementation projects, contingent on their scale. Collaborate with your team to set and achieve goals, ensuring a balance between quality, scope, timelines, and budget constraints. Organize and manage communication channels and reporting both internally and externally.You will be responsible for the implementation of a new project or enhancing features on an existing account for ongoing improvement.
This entails:
Managing invoicing processes. Taking ownership of customer change requests. Participating in customer events. Engaging in discussions regarding customer challenges and strategic initiatives.Required Skills and Interests
You possess exceptional organizational and planning abilities, enabling you to maintain oversight of various phases and manage the implementation of multiple modules concurrently.
A strong business acumen is essential. You ensure that the proposed solutions deliver value to both the customer and Sofico, while addressing the concerns and expectations of diverse stakeholders.
You are a leader and mentor: you excel at guiding your team and keeping each project member motivated throughout the project's lifecycle by challenging and inspiring them.
With your outstanding communication skills, you can effectively convey project and technical information, providing comprehensive recommendations.
You have strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing relationship management and influencing capabilities, and you handle challenging situations with ease.
Additional expectations include:
Several years of experience in project management and methodologies (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.). Extensive experience with medium to large-scale ERP implementations, covering all phases of a software project: from pre-sales to go-live, including requirements analysis, configuration, development, migration, and testing. Background in the financial sector; experience in leasing is advantageous. Proficiency in German (minimum C1).What We Provide
