Drive Impactful HR Reporting and Shape Our Compensation Strategies

Are you ready to take on a challenging role that combines HR expertise with business acumen? We're looking for an experienced HR Reporting Manager to join our team at RTL Group.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead Group-wide quarterly and annual reporting initiatives, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Manage the social component of CSRD reporting, ensuring compliance with annual non-financial disclosures and successful completion of external audits.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Business Units on long-term incentive accruals, take ownership of personnel cost reviews, and spearhead cross-functional HR/Finance projects.
  • Collaborate with Finance to define performance targets, manage performance evaluations, and oversee the calculation and approval of bonus payouts.
  • Lead the administration and development of executive compensation schemes, conduct in-depth benchmarking analyses, and drive top executive salary reviews.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for Executive Committee meetings, contribute strategically to the annual Remuneration Report, and provide expert support on compensation-related matters.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR, with 5+ years in HR/Financial Controlling or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, financial analysis, and HR IT systems.
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
  • Analytical, proactive, and a collaborative team player in a multicultural environment.
