Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers at the cash register, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and inviting cash register area.
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Stocking shelves with attention to quality and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and providing excellent communication skills to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Training or Experience: A commercial training or experience in retail is highly desirable.
  • Customer Orientation and Communication Skills: A passion for retail and working with people, with excellent customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A willingness to learn and flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of our customers and business.
