Senior Compensation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert Global Compensation to join our team at Exyte. As a key partner to the Senior Vice President Corporate HR, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement high-impact incentive programs for senior leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Partner with Top Executives to create competitive compensation and benefits packages, including bonus structures aligned with business goals.
- Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits, advising C-Suite and leadership on compliance strategies.
- Provide hands-on guidance to HR on compensation matters, including managing budgets and crafting clear communication for bonus programs.
- Assess and understand unique regional needs, designing tailored compensation and benefits solutions.
- 8-10 years of Senior HRBP/CB experience, with a focus on supporting Top Executives.
- Master's degree in Business, Law, HR, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a multinational work environment.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks impacting compensation and benefits.
- Exceptional written and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
