We are expanding our team in Berlin
Social Media Community Specialist (m/f/d) - German Role Objective:As a Community Specialist, you will play a vital role in influencing Social Media by ensuring that all contributions adhere to the relevant community guidelines. Together with 14 other markets, our dedicated team of German speakers in the dynamic city of Berlin is committed to maintaining a positive environment for all users on our partners' Social Media platforms. Join our diverse team and contribute to making Social Media a safer space for everyone.
As a Community Specialist at Majorel, your responsibilities will include:- Assessing user-generated reports that highlight inappropriate or harmful content in accordance with our client's policies and standards
- Reviewing, blocking, and removing content that violates our client's community guidelines
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality in all evaluations
- Directly impacting the reduction of hate speech, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation in online environments
- An opportunity to positively influence the digital landscape by enhancing the safety of Social Media
- An engaging role in an innovative industry with no direct customer interaction – no calls or emails involved

- Monthly gross salary of 2500€ (based on a 40-hour work week) plus an individual monthly performance bonus of up to 150€
- 40% bonus for hours worked on Sundays and public holidays
- 50% bonus for night shift hours (10pm-6:30am)

- Proficient in both German and English
- Strong awareness of cultural and political contexts, significant social issues, and trending topics in the region you will support
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business processes

- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7)
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
