Client Services Agent for Social Media in Italian

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Agent to join our team at Abramo Customer Care. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to support and expand our customer's self-serve advertising customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all types of inquiries generated via back office activities such as chat, email, and social media messenger.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to support and expand our customer's self-serve advertising customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and effective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent, verbal and written in Italian language.
- English at a proficient level (C1/C2) as a second linguistic skill.
- Familiarity with e-commerce.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fast learner.
- Diligent worker.
- € 1800 gross monthly salary.
- Up to € 380 gross performance bonus.
- € 200 as presence bonus.
- € 2 per day as internet bonus.
- Fulltime job with shift schedules Monday-Friday.
