Position: Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analyse der Online-Präsenz von Geschäftskunden aus dem KMU-Sektor
- Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen mit Firmenkunden
- Akquise und Begeisterung neuer Kunden
- Verhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von Verträgen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Online-Marketing
- Nachweisbare Verkaufserfolge
- Interesse an Werbung und digitalen Marketingstrategien
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Durchhaltevermögen und Überzeugungskraft
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten am Telefon
- Empathie und ein Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden
- Planungsstärke und Erfahrung in der Kampagnenentwicklung
