We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate a long-term, comprehensive, data-driven strategy for customer loyalty.
  • Oversee projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet CRM objectives within established timelines and budgets.
  • Boost customer engagement and loyalty through automated campaigns across various channels, including the app, email, and retail locations.
  • Track performance using diverse KPIs, report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, and refine strategies as necessary to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in operational CRM with a focus on email marketing, app engagement, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in CRM software and tools, with skills in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML5; familiarity with feed management systems is advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic about digital trends and technological advancements.
  • In-depth understanding of customer psychology and behavior.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
