Team Lead Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 20 customer service representatives, focusing on key performance indicators and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the training and support teams to ensure continuous development of the team's skills and knowledge.
- Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain reports to track team performance and progress towards goals.
- Implement and maintain a performance management system, including regular reviews and feedback.
Requirements:
- Relevant education or degree.
- Proven experience as a team leader or manager in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
