Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 customer service representatives, focusing on key performance indicators and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the training and support teams to ensure continuous development of the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track team performance and progress towards goals.
  • Implement and maintain a performance management system, including regular reviews and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or degree.
  • Proven experience as a team leader or manager in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
