Service Team Leader (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our service team at LBBW. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the team, actively engaging with customers through various channels, and contributing to the implementation and support of new digital processes in service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the service team to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient service delivery.
  • Digital Process Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support new digital processes that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify potential customers and generate contacts for advisors by leveraging customer interactions in person-to-person service.
  • Staff Development: Coach and assist service staff in transitioning customers to digital channels and mentor apprentices to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Quality Management: Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, work instructions, and legal regulations, and maintain proper complaint and quality management processes.
