Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the service team to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient service delivery.
- Digital Process Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support new digital processes that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Identify potential customers and generate contacts for advisors by leveraging customer interactions in person-to-person service.
