As a Logistics Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate robust relationships with our partners. This role encompasses establishing connections, facilitating the implementation of effective delivery systems, and addressing any challenges to create enduring and fruitful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Compliance: Work alongside Safety and Regional Managers to uphold safety standards.
- Performance Management: Assist business owners in scaling their operations and tackling operational hurdles.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and rectify workflow inefficiencies at the network level.
- Relationship Development: Foster and strengthen the partnership between Amazon and our Delivery Service Providers.
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication and alignment with DSP business owners.
- Coaching and Support: Mentor partners and enhance their skills while optimizing tool usage.
- Customer Metrics: Identify opportunities for improving customer service metrics and maintain Last Mile processes.
- Brand Standards: Elevate driver performance to reflect the brand's reputation.
A Day in Your Role:
You will be based at one of our operational sites, allowing you to closely monitor the delivery process and provide essential guidance to our logistics partners. Your duties will include managing partner relationships, from contract discussions to performance assessments, with a focus on clear communication and daily support.

Basic Qualifications:
- A relevant degree.
- Experience in Operations, Last Mile logistics, account management, or small business logistics.
- Familiarity with third-party resources and contingent workforce management.
- Strong data analytics skills for effective problem resolution.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken German.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process optimization using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
