Job Summary
The Senior Vice President/General Manager, Liquid Phase Chromatography Division will be responsible for leading the Liquid Phase Chromatography business at Agilent, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning, product development, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Liquid Phase Chromatography market.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the division's P&L, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other Agilent business units and functions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field, advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a business development, product management, or marketing role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
