Position: Client Support Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Analyst to enhance our workplace environment by providing exceptional IT support and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive IT support, addressing incidents, service requests, and general inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and onsite visits.
  • Document all actions taken to resolve incidents in our approved service desk tool.
  • Assist in the rollout and implementation of IT equipment, ensuring quality checks are performed.
  • Support the deployment of applications and workplace software, contributing to a smooth operational flow.
  • Act as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and external service providers to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Manage inventory and asset care for hardware, including Cisco devices and Surface hubs.
  • Enhance the processing of incident and support requests, managing escalations as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and service level agreements, providing customized reporting as required.
  • Engage in knowledge management and information sharing with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Azure-Intune company portal.
  • Strong communication skills in both German (B level minimum) and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows, with a basic understanding of IT security and networking.
