About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Client Services Manager to join our Business Client Advisory Services team at 360T. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client experiences by delivering valuable business support to external and internal stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage, resolve, and escalate all incoming requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients to our system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any potential disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, fostering trust and open communication.
- Conduct system training sessions for client users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize our platform.
- Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
- Take ownership of various types of projects, including product development, process implementation, regulatory compliance, complex client setups, integration, and workflows, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Participate in quality assurance testing of our full range of products and features on our platform, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback.
- Advise and share expertise with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Technical Client Advisory Services, Accounting, IT, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge about our company products and services, staying informed about industry trends and developments.
