Position Overview
We are on a mission to establish ourselves as the top agency in the influencer marketing industry. To achieve this, we are seeking enthusiastic team members who are passionate about social media and gaming. As an Office Assistant Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to our team in various capacities, and managing multiple tasks in accordance with company guidelines. This position encompasses general HR responsibilities and a broad spectrum of administrative duties. You will be the primary contact for staff inquiries and will assist the HR Manager.
Work Schedule
This role requires in-office attendance for 2-3 mornings or afternoons per week and is not available for remote work. Students are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of office and HR functions, including mail and document handling, and digitization of records.
- Support financial accounting tasks as needed.
- Process applications from public agencies and track deadlines for time-sensitive matters.
- Create and maintain various lists and databases.
- Organize team events, manage office supplies, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Communicate regularly in English with our partner offices in London and Budapest.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Ability to perform this role alongside academic studies.
- Strong organizational and efficiency skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Relevant experience in office management and basic accounting, preferably in an agency setting with diverse clients.
- Polite demeanor and impeccable verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- High level of reliability and independence.
- Ability to work calmly and focused under pressure and during high-demand periods.
- Commitment to loyalty, diligence, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, as well as general internet skills.
