German Customer Service Representative for Singapore Airlines

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German-speaking customer service representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a Flight Ambassador for Singapore Airlines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Enter customer information into our system to issue tickets or update records
- Explain rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
- Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
- Explain applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
- High level of fluency in German
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
- Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus
- The ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
