About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Manager to join our team at KÖNIGSTEINER AGENTUR GmbH. As a key player in our global recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new international clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the global recruitment market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions to international clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at international companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in international sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the global recruitment market and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
