At Clever Talent, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Recruitment Lead and Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment strategy, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements are fair and beneficial to both parties.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing new clients and strengthening existing relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment and sales.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment agencies and contracting recruitment.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or Engineering industries is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Determined and motivated, with a strong desire to achieve professional success.
