Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Global Blue. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned Key Account Merchants, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with our merchants.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned Key Account Merchants and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our merchants at the Head Office level
  • Deliver budgeted targets assigned and ensure accurate commercial and financial Key Accounts Management
  • Initiate corrective actions if major deviation to plan and handle all activities and decisions with the highest level of integrity
  • Monitor and evaluate customer expectations and create and deliver action plans as needed
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM and document all merchant-specific information and activity done

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles
  • Good customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to create personal relationships
  • Problem-solving attitude and basic knowledge of MS Office products
