As a vital member of the Out Of Home sales force, you represent not only the dynamic Red Bull lifestyle but also act as a key ambassador for the brand. In a fast-paced and competitive landscape, you will oversee a diverse range of outlets, from kiosks and bakeries to small dining establishments and ethnic grocery stores. Your mission is to enhance both horizontal and vertical distribution through innovative and targeted strategies, while simultaneously boosting brand visibility to drive sales in your designated area.

This full-time role, initially set for a two-year term, provides an excellent opportunity to excel within a motivated and dependable team.

Your Responsibilities

Leverage your personal strengths to make a significant impact:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective Out Of Home clients, ensuring a robust presence with strategic point-of-sale tools. Assess customer potential in your territory, plan effectively, and improve product distribution while creating visibility that encourages purchasing behavior. Identify opportunities to grow business beyond current accounts, targeting new prospects for Red Bull in the Out Of Home market.
  • Serve as a key contact for your clients, collaborating with other sales divisions to maximize value. Through ongoing communication with colleagues, you will achieve effective management of customer segments. Your persona not only engages clients but also reflects essential Red Bull values.
  • Establish a strong foundation through administrative duties and data management, concentrating on critical elements. Utilize reporting to share achievements, motivate colleagues, and accurately document regional progress.
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A genuine passion for sales and networking.
  • Independent and pragmatic with a professional demeanor.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in technology and MS Office applications.
  • Residence within the designated area.
  • A valid Class B driver's license.
  • A good sense of humor.
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time.
