We are in search of a skilled and proactive Collection Analyst (all genders) to spearhead our initiatives into new markets while enhancing profitability in existing ones. This position is crucial for overseeing our comprehensive fine collection process, which encompasses data gathering, process evaluation, and financial optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection Management: Direct the complete fine collection process, ensuring effective data gathering, assessing process modifications, and improving financial outcomes.
  • Data Governance: Establish workflows to guarantee the efficient and lawful acquisition of vehicle owner data, in compliance with EU regulations and data protection standards.
  • Payment Processing: Analyze and modify processes to align with international payment trends.
  • Performance Analysis: Define, assess, and track KPIs, implementing ongoing improvement strategies.
  • Operational Enhancements: Create and continually refine processes to optimize all collection-related activities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operations and elevate the customer experience.
What We Seek
  • Experience: Demonstrated background in collections, analytics, or a similar domain.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities with a practical approach to problem resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Data Orientation: Proven capability to implement process-specific KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
