At Amazon Transportation Services, we're shaping the future of transportation planning and execution within our European Network Operations Optimization team. Our team develops and applies innovative transportation management concepts to improve and enhance the transportation network, resulting in a better customer experience through reliability and cost efficiencies.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Network Operations Lead to own and implement strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve the ATS network operations flow and drive cost out initiatives. This role will impact all miles in Europe, including the first mile, Customer Fulfillment Centers, ATS Sort Centers, and Last Mile Delivery Stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead network operations programs to improve the end-to-end network flow or yield free cash flow for the wider organization
  • Set and clarify business requirements and targets with the team
  • Document and analyze standard and new processes
  • Identify, test, and validate innovative solutions to improve processes to meet and exceed business requirements
  • Work with teams across the EU region to build and secure alignment from stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communication
